Rajesh Jha has over 12 years of experience with corporate finance, advisory, mergers & acquisitions and financial restructuring. Mr. Jha has held prior senior investment banking positions with Emerging Growth Equities, The Keystone Equities Group, and Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc.(acquired by Royal Bank of Canada). He has closed over 40 middle market investment banking transactions in the information technology and healthcare sectors and has been involved in over $1 billion in public and private financings. Mr. Jha holds an MBA degree with Finance concentration and an MS degree in Organic Chemistry, both from the University of Maryland at College Park. Mr. Jha also holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry (Hons) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Mr. Jha holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
